These contracts further strengthen our growing backlog of projects for 2025.”

Why These Projects Matter

Protecting Coastal Communities from Climate Change

The awarded projects address the growing challenges posed by storm damage, erosion, and rising sea levels. By restoring beaches and strengthening dunes, these initiatives will help shield communities, preserve natural ecosystems, and support tourism-dependent economies.

GLDD’s Expanding Role in Coastal Infrastructure

With a robust project backlog extending into 2025 and beyond, GLDD continues to lead efforts in coastal resilience and infrastructure restoration across the United States.
