Jetstream of Houston has elevated the maximum power input for its 3000 Series UNx bareshaft pump to 200 hp (149 kW). In conjunction with this power boost, Jetstream has also developed larger plunger sizes for the pump. This enhancement enables the pump to achieve a flow rate of 7.6 gpm (28.8 lpm) at a pressure of 40,000 psi (2,758 bar).

Featuring a triplex configuration with three plungers available in various diameters, the pump provides a versatile flow rate for comprehensive waterblasting applications.
FXG2 Tornado Gun Integration
When paired with Jetstream’s FXG2 Tornado Gun, the 3000 Series can deliver 40,000 psi for surface preparation tasks. The Tornado Gun includes an air-powered motor that controls the rotation speed of the nozzle head and a quick-change cartridge, ensuring reliable operation and easy maintenance in the field. This tool is ideal for tasks such as paint booth and tank cleaning, as well as coating and stripe removal.

Jetstream offers the 3000 Series pump as a standalone product, paired with an electric motor mounted on a skid, or integrated into its X-Series water blasting unit lineup for a comprehensive system that includes a diesel engine. These units are available in convertible skid or trailer formats, engineered to minimize maintenance and maximize uptime for water blasting operations.
