Agreement Details with SKF Lubrication Systems Germany GmbH
EBARA Pumps Europe S.p.A. (EPE) has signed an agreement with SKF Lubrication Systems Germany GmbH (SKF) to transfer SKF’s coolant pump business, Spandau Pumpen.
The group company of EPE, EBARA CORPORATION (EBARA), will focus on developing a new global market by adding high value-added products. As part of this strategy, the company intends to actively invest in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and pursue other growth opportunities.
EBARA’s Strategic Focus on High-Value Products
SKF has established a strong reputation for screw pumps and seal-less coolant pumps. Through this acquisition, EBARA will leverage the resources and global network of the EBARA Group to enter the global market for machine tools. The goal is to enhance their product and service offerings, enabling further business expansion.
EBARA’s plan involves transferring the Spandau Pumpen business to EPE in Italy, consolidating the production operations. This move will facilitate the development of new customers on a global scale.
