Sundyne has appointed Adolfo Gomez as the Vice President of Global Aftermarket Services.
Adolfo Gomez’s Appointment
Adolfo will lead Sundyne’s commercial aftermarket business and team, working closely with channel partners and authorized service centers to support Sundyne’s customers and grow the aftermarket business.
Adolfo has more than 20 years of industrial experience working at companies including General Motors, Chevron Texaco, and Cummins, Inc. While at Cummins, Adolfo served in various roles, including Vice President of Sales for Industrial Markets. Adolfo has extensive international experience in the oil & gas, marine, automotive, mining, construction, and agriculture markets throughout North America, South America, the Caribbean, and Asia.

Mary Zappone, CEO of Sundyne, said, “Adolfo started his career as a fluids mechanical engineer, designing and developing industrial equipment. Adolfo has an MBA from Columbia Business School. He also has a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from La Universidad Del Zulia in Venezuela. Adolfo will be based out of Maryland and will report directly to CEO Mary Zappone.
