This strategic acquisition is poised to strengthen Wilo UK’s position in the industry by extending its service portfolio to include key water management operations such as installation, repair, condition monitoring, and general pump maintenance.
Wilo UK Bolsters Water Management Portfolio through Acquisition of Arfon Engineering Services
Arfon Engineering Services operates two workshops, strategically located in Bromborough and Caernarfon, catering to dirty water pumps and clean water pumps respectively. With a team of approximately 20 skilled engineers, Arfon Engineering Services has established itself as a leading service and maintenance provider in the North West of England, serving a diverse range of industries as well as water utility companies including Welsh Water and United Utilities.
Despite the acquisition, Arfon Engineering Services will continue to operate as a separate legal entity, ensuring continuity in service provision to existing customers and fulfillment of ongoing contracts. Wilo UK now holds 100% ownership of Arfon Engineering Services, underscoring its commitment to enhancing service capabilities within the water management sector.
